ZGY comes second in the winter series

Sunday was a perfect day for sailing, however it seems it was also a perfect day for skiing, as this is where all our crew had gone, I managed to interest a mate of mine Alan, his first time on a yacht so he was thrown in the deep end, I was pretty busy all day, we raced three races, each race we put the big kite up and took it down twice, after finishing we ran all the way home carrying the big kite. We won all three races on line and got second for the winter series overall behind high flyer winning a $60 voucher for paint. At the prize giving dad announce that he is selling ZGY, and giving up sailing, which I don't believe because he still has Mix T Motions. I think he has grown attached to ZGY and it will be hard for him to part with her. Still its a good decision because owning two boats is doubly expensive and not to practical because its hard enough to find the time to sail one boat.
